A Deconstruction on the Song "White Christmas"

Or, Bing Crosby is a racist

While listening to "White Christmas", I noticed the racist connotations within the song. don't believe me? Check out the lyrics and see for yourself.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas

Easy enough to see. He's dreaming of a Christmas of all white people. The next line might as well be "no black people allowed around."

Just like the ones I used to know

Meaning, back before the black people moved into the neighborhood. Now, the neighborhood has been "ghettoized".

Where the treetops glisten,

"From a lynching"

and children listen
To hear sleigh bells in the snow

aka, the police chasing down those black hooligans.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas

Again, no need to explain this.

With every Christmas card I write

To his fellow members in the KKK.

May your days be merry and bright

Without those bad black people around trying to kill you, rape your wife, and rob your children.

And may all your Christmases be white

May the black people never move into your neighborhood. You don't want them around.

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas

and again, in case you forgot he hated black people.

With every Christmas card I write

Warning people of the evils of blacks, and asking them to join the KKK.

May your days be merry and bright

Bright meaning, of course, "white". because black equals dark and not bright.

And may all your Christmases be white

Keep away from all the blacks. White power! White power!

See? Bing was a racist. we should tear this song down and never let it be played for Christmas again.
